Good news from the surgeon!!

YEAH!! this morning we went to see our surgeon Dr. Vu in Portland and got some good news!

She pricked the tip of his thumb, and although Jeff could not feel any of that (he might not ever have feeling again) we are at least praying he keeps that digit! When she pricked the thumb it bled, which is a great sign!!! The bleeding means that blood is getting pumped there and thats a great thing!!!

We are excited he is on the mend...tomorrow we go to a physical therapist for a new splint for his thumb so he can more easily go back to work.
